Coronavirus COVID-19 update for our customers


Due to the global impact of the coronavirus, there are currently unavoidable impacts to our production schedule as well as restrictions on services being fulfilled by designated postal organisations in some countries. In addition, as LIFX is committed to the health and wellbeing of our staff, and our extended business relationships we are implementing remote work policies, and advocating social distancing with our staff wherever possible.  

We are committed to continuing delivery throughout our network but we realistically anticipate that the coronavirus will cause delays on the following:

  • Customer and technical support
  • Online order and warranty/returns fulfilment
  • Stock availability
  • Warranty replacements and refunds

We are committed to continuing delivery throughout our network and if we experience any specific disruptions resulting from Coronavirus, we will keep customers updated here.

Service Impact of COVID-19 Containment Measures (as of April 10, 2020) 

Please note that whilst we are ensuring all LIFX orders are processed and dispatched as a priority, we have been advised by Australia Post that some orders may experience delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. These orders may also appear as Unfulfilled in our systems as we do not always receive consignment updates and accurate tracking during the current situation.
