Do Button – the do-it-yourself button by IFTTT
Set your own personalised one-tap LIFX actions with the just-released Do Button by IFTTT. Download Do Button and search for LIFX within the app to add recipes from a list of essentials like ‘Toggle LIFX Lights On/Off’ and ‘Change the colour of your lights’. A one-time setup lets you select lights and colour, and your LIFX Do Button is ready to go. You’ll need to create an IFTTT account if you don’t already have one, but don’t let that deter you; Do Button offers a simple way into the great world of IFTTT. Pro tip: iOS users can access Do Button via their widget for Notification Center for added convenience.
Themes and Scenes
The new Smarts tab is home to one-touch preset Themes and custom Scenes that you can easily apply to groups or single bulbs. Explore the LIFX Themes to bring a sunset to your living room, or evoke a beach-scape in your bedroom. The back-by-popular demand, and prettier-than-ever Scenes allow you to save your own custom tone and brightness settings with large lovely icons.
